The SAY Sí Media Arts Studio is a unique long-term program designed to nurture and develop the next generation of media artists. We give urban youth the opportunity to explore, experiment with, and develop their artistic voices using professional media equipment and software. Our goal is to give students the high-tech training and skills needed to compete in an increasingly technological and information based economy.

The SAY Sí Media Arts Studio is specifically designed to give students art and technology skills through rigorous and intensive student-led projects. We provide the equipment, software, expertise and guidance and challenge our students to take on sophisticated projects.

The staff and visiting artists of the Media Arts Studio see themselves not as traditional classroom instructors but rather as guides who assist our students in brining their vision into reality. We challenge our students to run their own productions and organize their exhibits in addition to creating artwork. We then work very closely with them and their individual needs in a one-on-one and small-group setting to ensure success.

The Media Arts Studio also houses an exhibit area for the student's digital artwork, a conference area for student and staff interaction, and the administrative offices.

The Media Arts Studio is located in an 1800 sq. ft. space approximately 20 feet from the SAY Sí visual arts studio and gallery.
